All item prices on Dcgtech are exclusive of sales tax (wherever applicable), the sales tax are charged extra at time of check out. Some states in India also charge additional levies like octroi. Yes, we use DTDC Courier and Cargo (one of India’s largest courier company) to deliver items ordered on DCG Tech. We can ship our products all over the world. Product shipments are subject to import restrictions and extra duties in certain countries. Within India, we can deliver to all Metros, large and small Cities. Certain location outside cities may be covered by us. What do I do in case I receive a defective / damaged item from Dcgtech? No. You can order as much or as little you want from DCG Tech. At Dcgtech, we believe that all orders, irrespective of their values are equally important. Can I ship different items in the same order to different shipping addresses? Yes. In case you have (say) 5 items in your order, you can assign different shipping addresses to one or more of these items. What’s more, you can assign each item to be delivered on different dates.

Yes. To cancel an order, click on the “My Account” link in the top right of any page on the store. This will take you to your My Account page, where you can click on the “Track Your Pending Orders” link to view all the orders that have not yet been fulfilled. You can then click on the Order Number that you wish to cancel and then finally click on the “Cancel Your Order” link available for that order. Please note that you can only cancel orders that have not yet entered the shipping process. Similarly, you can use the links "Edit items", "Edit Shipping Address" or "Make Payment" on your "My Account" page to change the items in your order, change the shipping address or to pay for the order, in case you encountered any difficulties or could not complete the details while placing your order. How do I check the current status of my orders? You can review the status and other information of all your orders, whether pending or fulfilled, that you have placed with Dcgtech. To check the status of your pending orders, click on the “My Account” link in the top right of any page on our store. This will take you to your My Account page, where you can click on the “Track Your Pending Orders” link to view the status of all orders that have not yet been fully delivered. To view the status of a specific order, click on the “Order Number”. After your order is shipped out from our warehouse, we will send you a mail with the shipping details.

Your order passes through several states before it finally enters the 'Delivered' state after it is delivered to you or to the shipping address you entered while ordering. The following are the states through which the order goes through and their meanings: Pending Authorization :Your order has been logged on the store. We have yet to get the authorisation from the bank or we are waiting for the bank to get back to us with the authorization of your payment. Authorized: We have received the payment approval from the bank and we are about to begin the processing of your order. Being Processed: We have started the process of procuring the items in your order and are waiting for them to be delivered to us. Ready to ship: We have procured the items in your order, have packed the items and will handover the consignment to our delivery partner for shipment. Please note: The status will move to "Ready to ship" immediately after authorization for certain items that are shipped directly from our sources although they will be processed and shipped only as per the specified shipping duration mentioned against the item while placing your order. Shipped: Your order has already been shipped out of our warehouse and is on its way to your delivery location. Delivered: The order has already been delivered to the delivery location specified by you.
