What do I do in case I receive a
defective / damaged item from Dcgtech?
Your full
satisfaction is utmost important to us. If an item ordered by you on
Dcgtech is delivered to you in a damaged / defective condition, please
email us at css@dcgtechindia.com
for a replacement with complete details and phone number. We will
either call you or send you an e mail within 24 hours and send you a
“Return Authorization Number’ (RAN). You need to use this RAN number and
return the product back to us. On receipt of the defective goods, we shall
either ship a free replacement or send you a 100% refund. All claims
regarding damaged goods can be accepted within two days of receipt of
goods.
How can I return a product ordered
from Dcgtech?
To provide you a worry free shopping
experience on Dcgtech, we offer you a No Questions Asked Return Policy.
Within 7 days of receiving your shipment, you may return any unopened item
in its original packaging, for a full refund (excluding shipping costs).
When you return your product, just indicate the reason for your return
in a short note (if you feel like it!), put the item and the note with the
order number into a secure package, affix our address note (our returns
address is given below) and send it through a reliable courier or mail it
to us. Our address for returns is as follows:
We will refund to you the entire cost of the returned item, less
shipping costs. Please note that we will provide a refund facility only
for products bought from our store.
Within what time period do I have to
return the product?
You need to return any product bought
from our store within a period of seven days from the receipt of the
shipment.
How and when will I get my
refund?
Upon receipt of your package with the item in it, we
will initiate the refund process. The refund will be made to the same
payment option(s) originally used to pay for the order. Please note that
in case you have used Dcgtech Reward Points / Dcgtech Gift
Certificate / Pre-paid account, we can only refund your account against
these specific options and we will not be able to return the same as a
check. All refunds are settled within 14 working days. |
